DroneLog: Preflight Planner

DroneLog is a focused workspace for organizing drone flight preparation, mission notes, equipment checks, and next actions. Create a flight record before takeoff, keep important details together, and return to the record when the flight is complete.

Start from a guided flight template

Choose a starting template for a battery cycle, propeller replacement, range test, firmware update, or another supported operation. Each template provides a structured record that you can adapt to the aircraft and situation.

Keep preparation details together

Record the drone model, flight conditions, location note, mission goal, crew plan, tasks, alerts, and next action. A readiness indicator summarizes how much of the record has been prepared.

Follow the flight's current state

Move a record through PreFlight, Airborne, and Landed states. Review saved records by status, open the details, update editable information, or delete records that are no longer needed.

Review a concise pilot guide

DroneLog includes a bundled preflight reminder covering airspace rules, propellers and motors, battery security, and compass checks. It is a prompt to verify current information, not an authorization to fly.

Keep flight records on your device

Flight records are stored in app-private local storage and do not require an account. You can create, review, edit, and delete records without sending the flight log to the developer.

Send feedback when you choose

An optional feedback form can send your message and optional reply email to the developer through Web3Forms. A technical footer includes app and Android version information, manufacturer, and device model to help understand the report. Internet access is otherwise used only when you open an external resource link.

Important operating boundary

DroneLog organizes user-entered preparation notes only. It does not authorize flights, provide legal permission, verify airspace, replace weather or manufacturer guidance, or determine whether an operation is safe or lawful. Confirm every flight with current official rules and trusted sources before takeoff.
